How I Work
Over 20 years and 100 client engagements, I've cultivated a process that scales across large and small organizations. The marketplace, tech and tools may change. But this is evergreen.
Get Clarity
What happens: I embed with your team, analyze data and documentation, and talk to everyone—leadership, the people doing the work, the people caught in between. Then I map out the whole ecosystem in order to make the diagnosis. Usually it lands in the first week or two; the rest of the time is getting everyone to agree on it.
What you get:
- The Diagnosis: What the ecosystem actually looks like and where it's really broken in plain language and with evidence. Usually, it's not what you think; that's why you're stuck.
- The Roadmap: A clearly focused strategic initiative that will have a cascading effect on solving all the ecosystem problems.
- Next steps: Sometimes clarity is all you need, and the roadmap will run without me. But if there's more to build, then this is how we'll scope out Phase 2.
The fixed fee is based on the complexity of the ecosystem and size of the business, which I'll clarify on the intro call.
All engagements start here—regardless of length.
Build Velocity
What happens: You know exactly what you're building and buying. I stay embedded with your team. I lead and manage the strategic initiative's execution—get the systems built, the solution launched, the teams cross-functional, the decisions connected to the outcomes, etc.
What you get:
- The Thing Launched: Whatever the thing is that needs to be built to get you unstuck, it happens in scope, on time, and with a cascading effect across the ecosystem.
- Human-centered Transformation: When people are empowered, know what to do, and how their contribution influences others, then they build on that, which transforms a siloed culture into a more resilient one.
- Tooling & Systems Adoption: The key to any new tool—AI or otherwise—isn't the tool itself, but how people creatively integrate it into their processes and systems.
- Strategy Connected to Outcomes: The planning and the doing stop being two separate things handed between separate groups—which is how the companies that actually ship and scale effectively operate.

Keep Momentum
What happens: The transformations get stress-tested against reality. I catch what breaks, adapt what needs to keep evolving, and set up the next clarity initiative for the roadmap to keep you scaling. Then I leave, on purpose.
